NEVER, EVER book with Baltik Air
I booked 4 flights with Baltik Air. All four of them were delayed, with a short notice. One of the flights also had a issue with the engine, which left us boarded with no AC for over an hour. When boarding one of the flights, they tried to make me pay more because they considered my personal item (a small tote bag) to be carry-on luggage. After a lot of discussion, and incredibly rude treatment from the staff, I was let on the flight without paying. Do yourself a favor, pay a slightly higher price and book with AirAsia. Hands down, this was one of the worst flight experiences I’ve had in my life.
