TongFang GX4 14-inch
I recently bought two TongFang GX4 14-inch laptops, and I couldn’t be happier with them! Both machines are fast, solidly built, and work perfectly with Linux. The support team was outstanding — they answered every question quickly and were incredibly helpful during the entire process. I installed Fedora 42 on one of them and successfully ran a large language model (gpt-oss-120B, ~64 GB RAM) in LM Studio, achieving around 16–20 tokens/s — very impressive performance! For work, I regularly compile large projects from source, and these laptops handle that with ease. Even games from Steam run decently well. The only minor issue I noticed is a small gap near the microphone area on one unit, but it’s purely cosmetic and not a problem at all. Overall, amazing laptops and an excellent buying experience — highly recommended!
