REFUSE TO PAY - RANDOM VERIFICATION
Absolutely disgusted. Never once had any issue with redemption but the ONE TIME i hit a jackpot for 500, they start giving me issues and asking for multiple ways to verify; pics after pics, asking me to verify EVERY card I’ve used on the site (clearly BS, they know people get new cards all of the time so this is just a way for them to screw you over with “regulations”) but luckily I had a way to provide proof of all cards. Sure enough though they completely stop responding so I just called it a loss and started the process of deleting my account. I’d rather just never spend again than be put through the wringer and still not get paid out. Useless.

SHADY + WONT PAY
Seriously don’t understand why they won’t just shut the site down already, that’s clearly what’s about to happen. They REFUSE to pay out in a timely manner, I’m starting to think I’ll never get paid out. Been waiting almost two weeks for just $100, support is non-existent, and EXTREMELY SHADY. For my last redemption they claimed I needed to submit a w9, which I did and finally got my redemption after a week. This time they say my current redemption is delayed because I need to submit a w9 (again??), which I don’t think is true but I wouldn’t know because every time I ask support if it’s necessary for me to submit a w9 for every redemption going forward, they completely ignore the question and tell me to be patient or some other copy/paste response. What’s messed up is I won this current amount with freeplay, so I would love to keep using the site knowing I’m able to win with freeplay but they make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get your winnings. It’s just not worth the trouble.
