Used to be good, not anymore
Standard shopping is fine, but as soon as you buy something that they deem to be "restricted by customs" (even though it is not), things get very complicated. Quality control is non-existent, so if you buy items that have options, you'd have to pray that you are getting the correct item. (basically, quality control checks if the packaging is the same as on Taobao. They do not check varieties) Company will not help you is there are problems. Customer service is very slow and problem soving skills are next to none. Shipping costs are extreme.
