The store review cannot be imported…
The store review cannot be imported straight away (only product review can be imported from previous app downloaded file), you need to create a CORRECT CSV file which takes a while to get it right. The first time when I reached out to them, there was a lovely girl helped me to do it. But the second time, they kept sent me the guide, and said leave the product space blank, and that's it.
