17 track is an absolute joke, they don't give nearly enough information. Very vague and discrete. SCAMM like. "In transit" UHHH hello I need to know where my package is. What warehouse it is either going to or coming from. Then it takes DAYS almost WEEKS to update?! The tracking had stopped on the 18th of this month, after the package had "transited" to my City. Then never got anything not even an update. When I contacted customer service, they were also no help, as SF is located in CHINA and doesn't know English UnibuyPlus' customer service is also very vauge and just told me "Wait for your package it's in transit" I asked them what that meant and they didn't say just told me to "wait"
