This company is AWFUL
Only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. They say that my package was not able to be delivered because the building was closed. I LIVE IN A HOSPITAL! Or they say cannot find building. Really!?! It's a large building with one main entrance, lit up in bright lights. Temu has to stop using this horrible company.

Can't find the building- ITS A HOSPITAL!
Never can find our building, always failed attempt due to closure, leaves parcels in wrong area visible for theft. I LIVE IN A HOSPITAL!! How they can't find this huge building is beyond comprehension.
Tried to talk to manager/supervisor, and shocker..she couldn't transfer me to anyone.
Absolutely terrible company
