Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a $61 item six days ago. It's very rare and wasn't in stock so I was given the option of a refund or another item(s) that add up to that $61. I chose 2 items and after a few days of messages, we were able to coordinate a time for me to get them. To make up for the wait, the items I received were worth well over the amount I paid. I wasn't expecting that so that's why I'm writing this review...because of the excellent customer service. During the days I waited, they were in communication with me and working behind the scenes to find the items I requested. They were responsive to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering them. I'll definately order again from them in the future.
