Sourcing chemicals for a laboratory test
I work for a testing laboratory, and a client had asked for a chemical exposure test. I was given a list of numbers and MIL specs and from those had to try to find a matching product. Jen Abramson was extremely helpful and fast to respond when I requested a quote and when I mentioned that I had a few more things I was looking for, she said to send them to her, and she would see what she could do. Jen was prompt, professional and helpful! I will definitely reach out if I need to purchase or need additional pricing on materials. I greatly appreciated the personal effort she put forth! I wish more people worked like that.
