First Time Experience - Amazing!
The whole process was great! We are so glad we found Gobook Printing, and will definitely be recommending them to others and contacting them for our future printing. Jason was extremely helpful every step of the way, from the quote, to making sure the book met all the printing specs, to payment, to production, and then to making sure the shipping process went smoothly and that we received the books. The communication was prompt, professional and very helpful. It was our first time printing a board book as well as using this company. They made the whole process easy. I loved receiving photos and videos of the book during the process. We were a little bit skeptical and guarded at the beginning - just wanting to make sure it was not some sort of a scam. But the more we interacted with Jason, the more our confidence grew. By the time payment came into the conversation, we were confident it was a legitimate company offering a great product. Thank you Jason and thank you Gobook Printing! Highly recommend!
