Great experience with them
Great experience with them, it has been the best talent-matching company I've been part of. They make you feel really supported and give you useful resources on how to land a good job. They do an amazing job finding a match; it's like they put together two pieces of a puzzle. There is a high level of trust and autonomy, with no micromanagement or unnecessary processes, but they are there when you need them.
