Pleasantly surprised
I ordered a blue velvet vest that came pretty quickly, was nice quality and came with a nice brochure on fabric care. The other jacket I ordered was not in stock and would not arrive in time for the event I wanted it. With a little back and forth, they refunded my money for that part of my order. I got the money back immediately. I was pleasantly surprised.
