Worst decision ever for ordering a product from HTV RONT!
I ordered a new phone case printing machine with all the accessories — over $500 worth of products. When it arrived, the case quality was very poor, so I requested a return. They told me I had to pay for the return shipping, which I did. Unfortunately, I lost the tracking number, and now they say they can’t locate my returned package. I’ve been emailing them almost every day for over a month, and still have no refund and no clear answers. The order status still shows “unfulfilled” even though I received it long ago. The company appears to operate on China time, making communication very slow and frustrating. I’ve lost money, products, and time — truly disappointing. They have great marketing, but the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not recommended at all. I still hope to get my refund someday.
