I received an email that you wanted a review. How can I give a review if I haven't even received the product yet? I ordered the starter kit on August 8 and still have not received it. I hope I don't get charged for the next subscription till I at least get to try it! I'm very excited to try it, but the communication needs to improve. Sandra Weller
