2nd time fail. Won’t be a third.
2nd time trying Jetpac (I gave them the benefit of the doubt) but they still did not deliver. Activation of eSIM kept resulting in “Unable to activate”. I went through all options and deleted the previous Jetpac eSIM, Finally achieved activation on the last day of my trip! Data use was actually okay for the last 8 hours of my trip. Smart Delay didn’t work in Seattle in July 25 (App just kept glitching), and it didn’t work again this time in Malaysia Oct 25. App seems to work now, but repeatedly responded with “Unsuccessful Form Submission” this time. I won’t be wasting money on a third Jetpac eSIM. I’ve had no problems ever with other eSIM companies.
