This is regarding Order #496514. You keep claiming that the refund has been processed, but as of today, I have not received any refund in my account. I canceled the order on October 14, 2025, and your team has been ignoring my messages on both email and Discord. If the refund was truly issued, please provide an official confirmation or transaction document (such as a payment reference or bank transfer ID). Without proof, I have every reason to believe that your company is scamming me. I will continue reporting this issue publicly — including on Trustpilot and consumer protection platforms — until I receive verified evidence of the refund.
