I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item. I asked for the item I ordered. I was then informed that there was an issue with my item that caused a recall. So... instead of asking what I wanted since my item was unavailable, they just sent something else. Only offer 30% refund. I would not order anything from this company. Then, she had the nerve to ask for 5 stars. I was generous in giving you 2. I now lowered the score to 1 star. Company keeps emailing me, badgering me for a better review. NO! You stole my money and never provided the item that was ordered. Today is Oct 29, 8 days since my original review. I am still receiving emails badgering me for a 5 star review. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!!! This platform will not allow me to give another review of this ripoff company, so I'm stuck updating this one. HOW CAN I GIVE ZERO STARS???
