When a colleague and I ran into issues truing to redeem the chosen gift card redemption information. We called the customer service and right away the agent was able to assist us. Knowing exactly what the issue was. I also had to call back and get information on another issue and again, my agent went straight to that situation. Told me how to navigate and even informed me of the best places to utilize the cards. Due to some vendors taking 'tolerance hold' as it was put. Good info to know.
