Buyer beware!
Buyer beware. I placed an order for Tom Ford Noir Extreme cologne the first week of September 2025. I tracked this shipment to my city of residence through the end of this same month, but it was never delivered. I received multiple outreaches from the company’s “customer care” team, but to no avail nor resolution. I ultimately received resolution and my refund by placing a dispute on this charge with my credit card company for no delivery.
