I placed my order on November 20, full of excitement and trust. What followed was weeks of waiting, uncertainty, and disappointment. On December 5, I was told the production would be finished within 1–3 days. After that, I kept receiving reassuring messages, but no real progress. No shipping confirmation, no clear answers, just repeated delays and vague promises. What made this especially frustrating was the emotional rollercoaster. Every update raised hope, only for nothing to actually happen. Communication sounded kind and apologetic, but actions never matched the words. By the end of December, I still had no reliable proof that my order had even shipped. Waiting this long, with so little transparency, is exhausting and honestly upsetting. I wanted to love this experience, but the lack of honesty and reliability made it impossible. I cannot recommend this shop based on how this situation was handled.
