How I failed but Unitysoft excelled.
After following the explicit instructions carefully mOffice 2024 didn't work. I screamed help, by return of post (email speed) help arrived. My sausage fingers had messed up again, so I thought. No, when I told my PC, as per the instructions, to uninstall Microsoft Office it said "Yes Boss, done it" Trying install again,same failure. With help reolved it to my PC, or MS Windows 11 hadn't obeyed me. I did the uninstall routine again, which appeared to work again.Reinstalled Office 2024. And the magic happened. I had Office 2024 working. Thank you Unitysoft, your customer support is great. Full marks.
