Heidi is who helped me and she is why I gave it 5 stars. My entire experience had been terrible from delayed shipping, to not being able to clearly see where the product was, to not getting the correct product. Heidi has been kind and has done her best to remedy the problem, I am hopeful in what she has tried to do for me.
