Pretty easy to use
Pretty easy to use -- easy to add receipts for reimbursement. Two hiccups: 1) adding my annual premiums each year is a bit of a hassle -- adding it is ok but then proving that I am enrolled is difficult because the employer won't provide exactly the documentation that Take Command wants in the form that they want it. 2) uploaded a receipt exactly like ones that I uploaded successfully earlier in the year, and this time the copays were rejected. I chatted with the bot for a while and although the bot gave specific advice, it didn't seem to realize that the date they wanted was right on the receipt. I asked to chat with an agent who looked carefully and escalated it to their compliance team who fixed it within 24 hours. So a little bumpy but overall helpful. The chat bot usually answers my questions pretty well also.
