Terrible
I booked a train for the next day, then later received an email stating the reservation had to be changed due to circumstances. I picked a new one from their given options. Received an email stating it had to be changed again, within 6 minutes after receiving the email, I did. Then got another email saying this train reservation has to be changed as well. WITHIN 1 MINUTE I booked another one, picked from the options they gave me and YET AGAIN I got an email saying it wasn't possible. 5 hours and 3 changes later, I still have no booking! I definitely don't recommend this place!
