Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. I mistakingly thought this website was the original 3imprint. Worst mistake ever! The order arrived after the expected delivery date and the worst part is that the quality of the print job was horrible! After one wash (and no dryer), washed inside out per care tag instructions, 3 of the 9 shirts began either peeling or warping on the letters. Complete garbage job by this company. I contacted them and told them about the issues and they requested that all the shirts be taken in one image. Not sure why when I sent every image of the damage and each one was different! After I told them I couldn't do that because the shirts had been dispersed to my family who live in different states (and threatening to dispute with my cc), they finally authorized a 40% refund if I wanted to keep the shirts. I agreed to it and was told it would be processed within 10-12 business days (which is ridiculously long), I still have no received my refund and it has been 12 business days. I have now resorted to disputing with my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!
