5 weeks, still no redemption. Possibly scamming people.
I originally submitted my 900+ redemption 5 weeks ago. They confirmed all of my documents over 4 weeks ago, but then canceled my redemption due to an "error" on their redemptions (they're words, not mine). I resubmitted my redemption, and they still have not processed it 4 weeks later. Support is not helpful at all. They don't offer any ETA. Almost ALL other sweepstake sites issue redemptions in under a week. Waiting a month+ without any information from support or update is ridiculous. If they actually respond to this or I receive my redemption, I will update my review and rating. But as of right now, they seem like they're scamming people. Edit: They replied to my review on 7/30, and stated my redemption would be processed on the same day (7/30). It is now the end of the day on 7/31, and they still have not processed my redemption.
