I paid the $24.99 2-5 business day shipping upgrade. What was not made clear is the the item would only be 2-5 business days ONCE IT WAS IN THE U.S. Ordered on Oct 4th. It was actually received on October 16th! AFTER the event I needed it for. I will not be ordering from you again.
