Item was canceled after It was unbanned (don't trust their responds, exept trade reversals, it's not their fault)
I bought an item, waited a week for it to be unbanned, clicked on the website to pick it up, and received a trade that had already been canceled by the website, and my funds were immediately returned to my balance. The support team told me that there was a "Steam lag" and that I could buy the item again, but this time I would have to pay double the price. Can you believe it?)) After some investigation, I discovered that they had sold the same item to two different people. I don't want their account to justify itself under my comment, like they're not to blame, it's steam gone wrong, trade protection, suppliers are to blame. In general, anyone but them... I waited for my item until it was disassembled, but I never received it. After reading their agreement, I realized that these are typical cunning people who bear no responsibility for anything, owe nothing to anyone, and make all decisions at their discretion (as the card falls). On the plus side, I was allowed to withdraw my balance to crypto, although it can only be used for purchases. The experience was terrible, and I won't be coming back!
