I’ve purchased several items from LeatherCult over the years and have always been impressed with the quality of their products. My latest leather jacket was beautifully made and exactly what I wanted, apart from an error in the personalised monogram. Resolving the issue took longer than it should have and required considerable persistence. However, to the company’s credit, they ultimately provided a fair solution and worked with me to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. My experience suggests that LeatherCult produces excellent products, but their after-sales service could be more responsive when things don’t go according to plan. Overall, I would buy from them again.
