Received a faulty battery - company offers 3 Euro per positive review
Battery arrived on time, however it was faulty. After following the installation instructions the battery would show 0% and would never charge. Store staff was friendly at the beginning and provided additional installation instructions. They also didn't work. When I requested a replacement the company ghosted me. Eventually I got a refund through sending a complaint in PayPal. I'm writing this review as the company sent me an email (forgetting I had a bad experience) and offering 3 Euro for writing a "positive review".
