I've attempted to cancel my subscription for weeks in the app and email but customer service is nonexistent. All they want is your money. It's always the same "I'm away from my desk" excuse followed by end of conversation on their part. Had I known how difficult it would be to cancel I never would have subscribed. It's a waste of your money
