Software was hard to use and I was trying to retrieve a file for work. It let's you get so far on the free download, recovers files, but you cant look at them until you pay... I paid with intention of being re imbursed. Sent a refund request the very next day, and have been denied. Refunds only issued if its a technical issue. Terrible
