You should let others know when an item ,account ,etc is sold out.
I’ve been purchasing from this website for a while, I like it. However i feel like you should post and let others know when things get sold out, although you gave me a really good deal by offering more then expected, I still felt pretty bummed out that what I wanted wasn’t available. I think letting others know when things are sold out is really helpful. They purchase it, expect the item to only find out that item was not really available. This would save buyers some time so they can find other options to purchase in my opinion.
