Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience so others are aware. I ordered a watch directly from Boderry’s official site weeks ago (tracking no. LM124032782CN) and still haven’t received it. The tracking shows no movement at all, and the company’s support hasn’t given me any clear proof of shipment — just silence and generic messages. I’ve emailed and messaged their WhatsApp number several times, but there’s been zero proper response. For a brand that claims to be a “premium microbrand,” their customer service is honestly terrible. If anyone else has dealt with this brand recently or actually got their order delivered, please comment and let me know. I’m currently planning to open a dispute for non-delivery.
