Scam scam scam!
You can tell a company is a scam when you have just as many bad reviews as good reviews. Wildly different experiences do NOT add up. I didn't receive my order of two kinds of pants in time, and wrote to them, and got a response that it was coming. Then when it did, it was only half the order, and way too small at that. They told me I could keep the original pants and order a size up, so I was waiting for that. Then they recently emailed to say it wasn't in stock, but to choose another item off the website and get 10% off, and to please change my bad review. What a joke! Just give me my money back. Then when I inquired where my missing order was, it finally came, again waaaay too small (I'm a medium), in fact, the size tag was missing, so it was probably an extra small originally. So now I'm on an email with two different "agents". I'm not going to choose another item from the website, and I'm tired of the lack of accountability, so I'm just hoping they refund my money. The website says customer service is their highest priority. If it was, don't falsely advertise and send wrong products, and just give us our refunds! I will make sure to look up any website now that looks too good to be true.
