It's totally a scam
It's totally a scam, I got billed on a plan which I'm not aware of, and somehow I can not cancel it, they simply not allow you to unsubscribe the plan, so the bills go on. And the app itself has so many bugs, my return rules are set to have return window and sale items are not eligible for return. However, I keep receiving returns which are either months out of return window, or sale items. Then I contact custom service and got replied saying the is no discount code or coupon used in the sale items, therefore it doesn't count as a sale items. For the record, items was clearly marked 50% off on my website.
