Takes forever to respond
They take forever to respond to your emails and texts. I've been trying to cancel my order for over 12 hours now, and they still haven't responded. All I wanted to do was cancel this order so I can change some things because I realised a little too late I messed up on some of the colors, but this is slowly turning what should have been an easy process into something stressful. But that's not to say they're not helpful. I hope when I get my order it'll live up to what the description shows.
