Guide Monchai in Cambodia representing UME was knowledgeable and the driver was very good. 5 star plus!! Monchai was very polite and accommodating. Hotel in Hanoi didn’t meet our standards but given limited time we stayed there anyway. Hanoi guide English skill and knowledge were also lacking. Malaysia guide program not organized in an advance and needed more intervention on my part to make sure it was arranged Otherwise, we had and wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend UME travel to others
