It’s a pity I didn’t read the reviews earlier. You cancel the subscription, yet they keep charging money. You send an email to their support — an AI replies, and no action follows. Terrible. The account cannot be deleted, which is a serious violation. Return the money! And of course, the expected reply to this review will be: “Please contact us by email so we can identify your account.” Already done — no action at all. People, read the reviews and don’t waste your money!
