They are simply thieves
I ordered three leggings from them and 2 were defective so I wanted to return all three and as everybody else here wrote I got offered this ridiculous deal of keeping all 3 leggings and getting only 30% back to buy more in their website. Why would I want to buy more when the three you send me are poor quality and why would I wanna keep defective leggings?!? I returned all three but they only refund me for two, saying they didn't get the third one and they're also don't have an option to check it because they ship it directly to their Amazon warehouse. They sent me a prepaid label and they are asking me for the details of how much it weight, and how am I supposed to know that if you gave me a prepaid label and I just dropped off the package with UPS. They asked me to prove that I sent all three, but that is ridiculous there is no way I can prove it, and why would I go through all this trouble for $23. They are trying to steal from me and clearly from everybody else as I'm reading the reviews here. It's ridiculous because if you ordered from Amazon their product you clearly could return for free with no problems. They also claim to have a full refund within 30 days, but they say they need to deduct the shipping cost even though they shipped me defective leggings! This company and their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced, luckily these are not big amounts of money that they owe me, but someone need to stop their scam because this is getting ridiculous, everybody here is saying the same things. They don't even have a phone number to talk to, which proves even more that they are a scam!
