No consent or warning price increases & auto-renewals
My subscription automatically renewed without any warning, and zero notifications about a price increase. I was supposed to be charged $59.99 every 6 months but was instead charged $89.99! No warning, no heads-up, no consent! and strict NO refund policy. I was able to cancel my membership on their website but unable to have the membership cost corrected. What a scam! I didn't even use the program, their "AI" should have been able to see I had no logins but they are quick to charge you more than what was originally agreed to and with no warning anyway.
