Worst experience ever ! Never should have book a trip with that bad business
I spoke with your subordinate (by exemple Vance) last saturday. We agreed that your were suposed to call me back today. As it’s now the end of the Day actually and had nothing from you at this Time, now I am going to talk about your business and the great service that you provide to me. I will change my glasses if I want do business with you again. Also, I will need a recorder to listen very well what your employees are saying when they finalise the sale with a ton of options offered to me. More seriously, I booked with a third party in the past and it’s the first time I got screwed like this. Like almost the normal and ordinary people, read fastly all the small prints at the bottom of the email that you send to your customers, and was probably told in our telcon between you and us. As I’m now 56 years old, I would never NEVER take a standby plane tickets. We are working hard for our money , and purchase another plane ticket at an very expensive price makes me mad at this. I call this BAD business .
