They take you're money quickly Send you broken scooter Then ask for it back at your cost even though you paid over £250 for a scooter that was broken You pay £40 to send it back Then you get nothing!! Scammers
I purchased a scooter end of may 2025 we wemt away for a few weeks in june come back amd begining of july my husband was out on it the whole thing just snapped in half the damaged caused to my hisband was shocking, the actual handle came away from the board the bit thats welded just come away so clean it clwarly was faulty we hadnt even used it that much. I reached out to them by time i got a reply it was ausgust they agreeed it was faukty and offered me a refurbished on which i was happy to accept but 1st i had to send mine back which i haf to pay for a box and pay for postage cost me over £50 they received it 2days later i chased them up 2wks after to be told a ref would be sent out in a few days... skip to 3months later i havent received it. So im out of pocket by £250+ for somthing i dont have. I have over 40 emails between me and them where they constantly promis few days and now 3wks have passed and they ignoring me.
