Kristine's swift reply to my email was a bit jarring, but in the best of ways. Normally, I'm waiting hours, or even days, for a company to reply ... and the helpfulness of their responses runs anywhere from helpful, to "why did you even bother writing back?" Not only was Kristine kind, friendly, and courteous, she was extraordinarily helpful! I am someone who cares more about how a company treats its customers than anything else and, thus far, Herb Affair and Kristine have made my experience top notch!
