I had nothing but issued from beginning to end with this company. Ot only online but also through telephone conversations as well as through emails.. multiple times I was sent the wrong products. The first item I was sent was someone else's product. I was then harassed for several days by a woman and her friend claiming I was having an affair with the husband of thus woman and or that I stole the product (that was mailed directly to my address) or that her husband have me the lroduct and was chating on her... I never was told I would lose my original phone number I have lupus and epilepsy from the lupus and had no phone for ne a rly a mo th whole dealing with this company's problem in the middle of a flare up unable to receive or make any phone calls for scheduling appointments letting my dra know about worsening symptoms updates on medication or refills appointments with all of the specialists I deal with the MRI I was supposed to have a month ago all due to this company's inability all around to complete an order. I had so many problems then was told over the phone by everyone of their representatives that it was my fault. After all the issues I had I decided ro go with a different company which was sent within 3 days of ooredering and I ha e had. I problems since. I highly do not recommend using this company to anyone!
