I preordered 13 figures and some statues from Akimomo between 2022 and 2024, and it’s been a complete nightmare. Only 5 ever showed up. All others are long past their release dates and still haven’t shipped, even though they’re already available elsewhere. Their support is a joke, slow, unhelpful, and always giving empty promises. After waiting this long, it’s nearly impossible to get a refund or chargeback. To anyone thinking of ordering from this company: DONT DO IT. The prices might look tempting, but what’s the point if they never deliver? They take your money and leave you waiting for years. Avoid Akimomo at all costs.
