My account was banned right after paying
My account was banned right after paying 500 USD for our test flight and I felt I got scammed. I've tried contacting via Live Chat but it's kept loading/spinning and throws error like "Couldn't load apps" without any reason, and I've tried sending emails to: service @ ycloud.com support @ ycloud.com Guess what ? no replied so far. YCloud.com, if you seen this review please take immediate action either unban or refund my money back before I take this case to Meta . I'm using this because friend of mine told me it's a friendly platform that have clear dashboard. But given what I've experienced so far, it's my worst nightmare.
