Renogy Core One issue
Well let me just say my experience did not start out so great, after my 2nd or 3rd call a lady by the name of Jillian N started assisting me and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. I started out rather disappointed with support and Jillian N turned that experience around to a very positive one. My issue was finally resolved by me returning my Core One and Renogy sending me a new one.
