Solar Panel Arrived Damaged
My 300W suitcase solar panel arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Renogy via the Chat line. Isa was very helpful getting all relevant info and pictures of the damage. Isa created case file, now I will await a replacement and further instructions. I normally detest using a Chat line but Isa made this pleasant experiance.
