I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SingSaver’s travel insurance promotions. I signed up for a plan that was heavily advertised with attractive freebies and rewards, yet none of these were ever delivered. Each time I contacted customer service, I was told it would take five weeks for follow-up and eight weeks for approval, only to later receive a rejection without clear explanation. This has now happened three times, and each case has dragged on for months — sometimes close to a year — with no proper resolution. It is very frustrating to see such misleading promotions and poor customer service. Please beware of this website. Is unreliable.
